Lowe's eliminated their installed sales department. With this corporate decision, installs are complete chaos. There is no one between you and your general contractor. You will do better calling Joe Schmoe out of the phone book.

Purchased a built in oven that turned out to be defective. Managers would not return phone calls, were argumentive, insisted we would have to pay even after the Frigidaire company authorized and was paying for the replacement.
