DONT EVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S!I purchased a stove from Lowe's and a fridge/dishwasher from Home Depot about 3-4 weeks ago. DO NOT Purchase appliances from Lowes! Their management team (& the Corporate HQ) will not get involved to help resolve issues. The 1st installers did not know how to mount washer & dryer to pedestals - they lost the mounting brackets (the store had pedestals in stock and gave me the parts) and the store did not have the plugs to cover the shipping brackets (GE Appliance) will send us these plugs December 7th because they are on back order. Lowe's rebate program following a large appliance purchase is without a doubt the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life and honestly I used to exclusively come to this store. DO NOT (I REPEAT DO NOT) trust their rebate programs, go to any other store for your purchases (Menard's seems to be much better). Lowe's just off shores the fulfillment, washes their hands of the customer, and could give a crap if it gets resolved.
Their hands free pick up needs a lot of work. You call and call no one answers so you give up and go inside. Only one person working that can’t find your items. Unimpressed!
I was just at the garden department. It was busy and patrons were wearing masks and trying their best to follow the 6 foot rule. However, the 2 cashiers were wearing masks but had them down below their nose. We are all suffering a bit by wearing masks and it is not easy for any of us to breathe with them on. However, it is not effective to wear masks below your nose as this is one of the areas that droplets can come through and potentially infect others. Please educate your staff!
