Really sucks when the helpful people of Lowes stops helping once the store closes. I bought 16 foot boards and struggled to get them on the back of the truck while the men employees just walked on by pushing carts inside. Only the women employees seemed concerned for me as the male employees just walked on by staring at me. I guess there is no help in loading boards when the pay period ends. Been stuck here at 9:41 p.m. without getting any further than when I first started trying to load the truck five minutes before 9 p.m.
I love this store! Travis Hunter is amazing manager. Always takes care of my needs as of all the managers there too.
Shoutout to Beth and the Middleburg, Fl store for being amazing people and providing amazing service and just having big heart! You guys will never know how much your help means to us! Thank you and Happy New Year!!
The one and only time I stepped foot in this store, I walked in to the garden department today, and not only did the young guy and girl that were working too busy chit chatting to acknowledge that I had just walked in... right past them, I got a snotty answer from him when I asked a simple question about pricing on a rack that was not clearly labeled. My All Time Favorite Place. It's My Disney World. Always Friendly, Helpful and Outgoing Staff, Clean and Well Stocked.
Saturday at 1 pm and customer service is the only register open.
Very clean not alot of business would love to work in a store like that
