Wish I could give their customer service a ZERO! Bought a lawnmower on line and paid for it on the secured website. Received an email to pick it up. Email said picture ID is all that was needed as well as the email. Sure it is. They wouldn’t give me the lawnmower until I gave them the card number and the security code. Yup... not happening. Went to this stores customer service to exchange a Kobalt utility knife under the Lifetime Warranty Kobalt offers. The first Lady was kind of new to the position and could not take care of my problem. She asked another lady who was her Supervisor how to handle this new situation, I was told by the supervisor that Lowes did not handle the Lifetime warranty for Kobalt anymore and I would have to contact Kobalt myself about the warranty. As long as Justin continues to oversee this Middleburg location, the experience and customer service will not be beat! He leads a great team and always with a great attitude and a smile! Just had the worst customer service experience from Mona at the helpdesk as I was spending $4500 on a stove, refrigerator and sink. I was truly dumbfounded when I questioned the conflicting delivery date between what she quoted and the sales representatives had previously stated. Her response was "someone back there didn't know how to do thier job" After paging the poor sales guy to the front of the store, it was determined that in fact; Mona didn't know how to do her job. The guest service @ Lowes is by far the worst. After waiting 10 minutes for help the associate that comes over to help has no clue what she was doing. It took her 5 minutes just to type the correct item number on her device. They had some on hand so she was surpposed to be getting our item. As we are waiting for our item (additional 25 mintues)I notice the associate that was helping us walked right by us empty handed. WTH!!! Waited nearly an hour for a grill to be brought up. Told it was on the way and would take 10 minutes and then the guy left for lunch. Called another guy finally and then they said they didn't have it put together, was told it would be days before they could do it. I prefer Lowe's, but this was really bad service. Over to Home Depot I go.
The parking lot was nice since I was sitting in the car while my husband went inside
