Great customer service
Awesome Service
This place has the worst customer service from the store manager down. No one takes responsibility for their actions and even the head cashier is disgusted with their actions. They called my husband a liar and what sad is he order online(a new system no one knows how to use) so when he tried to get his bags of concrete he had remaining *poof* he no longer had them and he was treated like a POS! Way to go Lowe’s for condoning this type of treatment to your customers. Worthless Store ever!
In November we contacted Lowe’s to remodel 2 bathrooms, picked out all the tile tub and everything went back to sign contract Christmas Eve the assoc could not find any of our previous paper work nothing, had to remember what we had already decided on. Here it is June and I still have 2 unfinished bathrooms. I asked them to replace the window in each bathroom ( these windows are 38 years old) will hardly open. Great selection, but no one wants to help you load anything. They seem to run away if they see you trying to load something big or heavy on a cart. You spend too much time trying to find anyone to help load and if you ask a cashier to call someone, no one never shows up. I spent more time trying to get help load 2 pieces of sheetrock, another customer helped me put it in my truck. I guess Lowe's prefer a lawsuit from someone getting hurt loading and unloading stuff.
Worst customer service at any retailer. Bought a trailer and they gave me the wrong title after checking it themselves. Tried to tell them they were wrong and they argued with me that I was wrong. Spoke to the manager and then got the correct title to match the trailer but wouldn’t sign it for the DMV to register it. Went back to a different manager and they said they didn’t have to sign because in the county that he lives that’s not how it’s done. Judy from this store is rude, doesn't like military, as I asked to speak to a manager, she posed as a manager (which she is not) I wanted to know why a Military discount didn't apply to a clearance item, she didn't have answer and replied with DON'T WE DO ENOUGH FOR OUR MILITARY, WHAT DOES HOME DEPOT DO, Well Best Buy got our business for the appliances and home depot is getting out our business for the home improvements. I called left 2 messages for the main store manager and never heard back.
