Love the fence other then the fact that the PROFESSIONAL fence installers from Lowe's thought it would be okay to place a rando 1 ft panel at the end of my fence without asking us our opinion... we asked for the fence to be fitted to our yard to best fit the 8 ft panels and this is what we get. THEN when I say something about it to our main installers secretary we're told the installers reviewed it with us and that we will have to pay MORE for them to fix there f*** up.... Poor customer service in the plumbing department. I was there 1/15/16 at 3pm. I was there to purchase a toilet seat. There was a large crane blocking the seats. I climbed though the crane (or ladder) to review my options. Fifteen minutes later I found what I wanted and exited the department. The gentleman that work in that department asked me if I found what I was looking for. I saw him standing at the desk while I struggled to pull out the items that I wanted to examine. What do I think? I think the individuals that work at customer service need to use their brains a little more. When someone arrives at 6am with a broken pump (after two hours of bailing water overnight because said pump didn't work when it was desperately needed after only 2 uses!), telling them there is absolutely nothing to do without a receipt is unexceptional customer serviceThey told me without a receipt I was out of luck, even my credit card was no good (every other store can look things up via credit card).
