Was just at the Lowe's in Stroudsburg, PA and after swiping my debit card while I was waiting on the system I turned and said something to my husband. At that time the lady that was watching the self checkouts came over and pointed at the debit machine and told me to focus repeatedly! If there was any type of a line I would understand that, but there was NO line and there were open checkouts!
They get annoyed if you have to use military discount at the self check out! But they only ever have 1 lane open and there’s a huge line. Always an attitude no matter who’s on the self scan line
I just walked out and left my cart in the middle of the isle because there were no checkout isles open, only self checkout and I REFUSE to use self checkout.

the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen while returning something within the allowed time to return and still had the receipt. the general manager was extremely hostile and arrogant and was more of a problem then a problem solver and a manager named sherry was extremely ignorant arrogant and unprofessional. from the look of other reviews on your page it seems I am by far not the only one with a bad story to tell. home depot from now for me
Your customer service agent that answered the phone and talked to my wife this morning needs to leave. You're in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field. No reason to have a total s%#$ attitude when being asked if you have an item in stock.
