Really disappointed! amazing company but this location is nightmare. Nobody cares to help, Manager named Jessica really rude, vulgar and unprofessional! Had to go thru the corporate office to have my cabinets delivered. Save yourself a two weeks of calls and troubles and shop in other location or Home Depot.
If I could give this Lowe’s ZERO stars I would. Ordered a jetted tub and it was supposed to be in the 17th. Went in today the 19th to get it and Lowe’s informed us that it didn’t even ship until today and they called us yesterday to tell us that. Yesterday as in the 18th the day AFtER it was already supposed to be in. On top of setting my contractor back, the disgust I have for the way the store manager told us that he didn’t know what to tell us basically, is unmeasurable. Loews is the worst. Been waiting over week for delivery for a fridge. it finally gets delivered today and its not the right one. They wont be able to get me the correct one until December 11th. I only ordered the fridge, cause the one I have was not working.
Was shopping for 2 bath vanities 2 toilets and 1 tub and shower enclosure. There was almost nothing to choose from and no one around to ask any questions despite many red vested people milling around. It’s almost like they did want my money. Went down the road to Home Depot and I saw many different varieties of the items j was looking for and several employees asked me if they could help
They don't stand behind their work! Horrible don't contract any home improvements here!

Some of nicest worker's for sure,and they do mark down the plants that need tlc,more store's need to do customer service!! Great job!!�����������
