Great staff friendly and very inviting
You have my money for job that was never done paid for my floors to get done never did it. I had to have someone have to do it and stuff that was left over that they over stocked me and they said I have to get store credit. Or on my card. I paid for it I want my cash back. I don't want anything to do with lowes ever ever ever. Buyers be were.
Employees are always helpful and can easily be seen in the store so they can assist you. They are happy to check stock and if they don't have the item figure out how to get it for me. They don't do the work that they're paid to do. I paid them $35 to begin a kitchen countertop replacement project. It's been 10 days and no one has called yet to schedule to do the measurements. Actually, I stand corrected--I was called on Monday (one week after the order began) to be informed that the woman who had originally taken my order was out for 4 days and no one followed up, and that I would be contacted to schedule measurement asap. Lowes in Bartonsville is the WORST! Very unprofessional, rude. Can never find anyone to help you and when you do they don't know anything.
Okay I used to love shopping at Lowe's but lately I just avoid going there. There workers are just plain outright rude and just seem like they do not want to help you in any way.......now shopping at Home Depot.
