Thanks for cancelling the order I made for store pickup yesterday and not letting me know at all. That is total jerk me around BULLSHIT!!! I've been waiting all day for my pickup confirmation and didn't know it was cancelled till I called the 1-800 number. You then dumped her call to your manager TWICE. Get your heads out of your ass over there.
So unhappy with Lowes. Purchased a refrigerator, stove, and microwave memorial day weekend. 4 weeks later still waiting for the stove because the one I purchased was sold to someone else. Today I was supposed to get the range between 12-4, it is now almost 4:30- no phone call, no range. Very disappointed. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
