Today the computers/ system went down while we were there. Many customers cards were charged numerous times and told wait 5-7 business days. When being charged $240 (6X) and the manager said well nothing we can do. How about I am sorry you are out of $1,440. The rudest customer service!
I love Lowe's, but today this store didn't seem very concerned with COVID19. Very concerning.
Terrible communication. Ordered countertops, service was minimal. When install was not done correctly I contacted Lowes and their response was one of complete disinterest. I have tried calling multiple times to no avail. Ordering countertops is a huge expense and to be ignored by the company providing the service is a disgrace. Back to Home Depot I go.
I wasn't surprised to learn that one Lowe's store has hired a vet AND the service dog he needs on a daily basis. The company's dog-friendly policy is one of the reasons I shop there. My dogs always accompany me on my trips to Lowe's and have a good time riding in the basket and getting attention from Lowe's employees and other customers. Be that as it may, congratulations are still in order for such a forward-thinking company---truly an equal opportunity employer!
About half way through a painting project, I discovered that the can of paint that this store sold me was old and degraded and it NEVER DRIED and cost a couple hundred dollars to clean up. I went in and talked to the manager who told me it's not their problem. Horrible service! If I could give them less than one star, I would!
