Every time I go here I regret it and remember why I drive further to go to home depot. Customer service is horrible.
We called this store on Saturday looking for a vine, Cats Claw. Was told that another shipment would be in Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called on Tuesday, was told by Rick that the shipment would be in on Thursday or Friday. So I called on Thursday, was told the shipment would be in in about an hour. So I hot footed it down to the store to be there when it arrived. When I got there I was told that there was not going to be a shipment today or anytime during the summer. I had a new washing machine delivered on Sunday January 15th from the Lowe's ordered from the South Gilbert Road location. Your delivery guy James, went above and beyond in installing the washer, answering my questions and overall was just a GREAT representative of your company. James thank you so much!
