I like that they have a wide selection of products. However, they are not friendly to people with disabilities. The last two times we were there, all three mobility carts had dead batteries. The last time was in the early afternoon so the battery shouldn't have been dead yet, much less all three. For what's it's worth, I have not had this problem at the Plymouth Home Depot.
I ordered Pella Windows & Doors to be installed all through Lowes and it has been 6 weeks now and all the windows are still not in! I was originally told the window would in within 2-3 weeks and then the installation would be scheduled. So they won't even schedule the installation until all the windows are in! I thought by placing this order in Aug. would assure I'd have new windows before the cold weather set it but at this rate I'm not hopeful. Very disappointed and I would not recommend Lowe's to anyone for this service.
Purchased kitchen cabinets from Lowes Plymouth and love it. Also purchased granite countertops and they look awful... foggy. The granite looks like it has hard water stains. We've tried everything recommended by Lowes and they still look bad. Much to our frustration, Lowes will do nothing about it. My recommendation is to stay as far away as possible from a company that will not stand behind their product.
