counter top took a extra month and half to get here. got sent back due to not putting a hole for sink. Finally got it and is messed up, didn't have back splash when I know I said I wanted it. Now have to wait longer and compromise with a separate back splash. The lady tried saying it was my fault. I have 2 papers one says back other dont have any thing. Went from granite to normal ones and lady did not transfer everything.

My fiancé and I went into Lowe's to grab a few items and on the way out we decided to use the self check out. We didn't require a bag so we continued to click skip bagging. This process was fine until the last item (we had 4 items) when it prompted for assistance. The cashier who was in- charge was flirting with another patron and was probably cranky that she had to assist us. This morning, after calling 8 other places with no luck, a man at the Plymouth Garden center said "YES, WE DO HAVE Shishito Pepper plants. I hopped in my car and got over there ASAP, only to find out they do NOT have Shishitos and have no idea why he said that. RUDE! You don't have time to do a customer check but your customers have time to drive over there and search for it, and then as for help and then find out it was BS? NOT NICE LOWES

When someone spends thousands of dollars on new appliances, the least you can do is make an appointment window so people don't have to take an entire day off of work to wait for a delivery. People should know before the day of delivery when to expect their items so they can let their employers know ahead of time. I won't ever shop here again knowing that is your policy #singleparentsworkfulltimetoo

Ordered a stove 2 months ago. Literally one of the stoves advertised on the floor, so it shouldn’t be hard to get. It’s been two months and this store still doesn’t have it. They told me it will be delivered in a month. 3 months for a stove I purchased. Horrible customer service. Also, bought a dishwasher with the stove. That’s in and they installed it, but Lowe’s 3rd party installers hooked it up to cold water instead of hot like the directions said and told me “well that’s not hard for you to plumb it to the hot water line... read more

Had what I would call the pleasure to walk out of your store today for a couple reasons. There’s never anybody around to ask for assistance and after finally finding my items I went to check out and nobody could find the price of a piece of 3” ductwork. Keep trying to shop at your store due to location but the level of service is horrendous. Driving the extra miles to Home Depot going forward

Ordered several appliances from the Plymouth Lowe's over a month ago. HORRIBLE customer service and satisfaction. Still have not received the work needed on my refrigerator. Talked with 2 different managers and NO follow up. Would not recommend...

very Friendly Staff helped with ALL our DIY questions for our backyard renovation project! Had what we needed in stock as well. Keep up the good work Plymouth!
