omg...Christmas decorations up in September. Kill me now.
I'm very frustrated with my experience. I'm having my sidelight, entry door and storm door replaced right now. For over a month I've been trying to make sure the proper color of handsets were on the order. After several phone calls and visits, the changes were supposed to be made to my order. Today, the wrong color handsets arrived. Also, this the installer went to pick up the materials and the storm door is on back order. Today's Lowes experience could not have been worse. After FINALLY deciding on over $1200 in patio furniture and locating on the shelves, we waited an hour for service from a fork lift which never came (although many employees were aware). Walked away without purchasing-- frustrated, annoyed, and disappointed.
