I absolutely love this Lowes. After I tried to remove a ferral squirrel from my toilet using a firecracker, I quickly realized that I would need a new comode A.S.A.P. Warner was able to help me find the toilet that matches my flushing specifications as well as butt cirumfrunce for maximum waste expulsion. Thank you again Franklin Lowes! Returned a broken Kobalt ratchet wrench with stripped gears, and was hassled badly at the return counter, as if I were trying to pull the heist of the century. No wonder that I try to avoid stepping in that insanely overpriced store. I have purchased my LAST Kobalt brand tool. It is simply not worth the effort., especially considering that Sears is just 10 miles away, and has NEVER hassled me on the exchange of a broken Craftsman tool. Here is a huge shout out to the appliance staff, manager Mario, and the delivery guys at Franklin Lowes! My freezer went out sometime in the last two days, and I had to move quickly or lose everything in my freezer. Lowes made a delivery on Sunday! I didn't lose anything! They are truly professionals, and I am one happy customer!
Lowes is quick and friendly to sell flooring, but the install has been a disaster.

I purchased all new top of the line Sumsung appliances from this Lowes in June of 2013 including the extended warranties. Last Wednesday ( night before Thanksgiving) my wife turned on one of the top burners and flames shot out of the back. We immediately turned the breaker off and I called Lowes Service Advantage which is who the warranty is through.
