Waited for like 20 minutes to try to schedule a carpet install, the guy back there was to busy looking at stuff on the shelves, even asked me what he could do for me after 20 minutes and continuing to walk away from me and look on items on the shelf.. after 5 more minutes I just chose to leave. Customer service doesn’t seem to be good around the time.
I’m posting on behalf of my mom as she had the most terrible experience this evening at the Lowe’s store in Franklin, Indiana. A little under a year ago, my dad returned an item to Lowe’s that my parents opted not to use in their home remodel. Unfortunately, he no longer had the receipt and was graciously issued an in store credit. Not that it should matter, but the balance was less than $100. Avoid the Garden center at Lowe’s in Franklin. They are pre-scanning and invading the customer’s 6-foot space without a mask. If you do not want someone breathing in your face, do not go there. Customer Service stated that the employee decided what was pertinent. Simple solution. Desire customers during essential shopping? Do not exhale in their face.

I have never been given the run around like this. why spend all the extra money on an extended warranty, just to not be able to use it. I am just as upset with LG for not addressing the issue the first time. If you have a warranty, and there is a problem with your appoiance, it should get fixed. End of story. If my refridgerator goes out, and we lose the thousands of dollars of insulin in it, due to the neglect of lowes warranty departmen and LG, I will spend my last dime on legal action. Went to buy a $700 tool chest and all seven in the floor was dented the manger refused to take anything off the price and they wasn’t just a small dent I’m taking completely dented in we did managed to take the top from one and the bottom from another to get a good set we would’ve gotten it dented if she would’ve taken some off the price but she refused to helped us
Black friday was a great experience. In and out in under 5 mins. (for a smoker) Thanks Lowes and the happiest cashier, ever !
We love this store. Everyone is helpful and nice. Except the younger bigger girl that works at the customer service desk. She always has a major attitude and is slower than pond water. I just left and I bought 300 dollars worth of stuff and she’s just throwing it around like it’s hers. MAKE FRANKLIN LOWES GREAT AGAIN and let her go work outside or somewhere else if she hates her job.
Have not had much luck at this location.
