Attn. Manager I'm the one that left the full shopping cart to be restocked. No one in your store today could help me in any way. So I will spend my $500 at Menards or HD tomorrow. Possibly when they restock my abandoned merchandise they will know what it is and where it goes. I WENT to Franklin as it is closer to Shelbyville and usually have no problems. so tomorrow I get to drive truck and trailer to Indianapolis. Very disappointed in what was my favorite home improvement store.
Horrible horrible service with flooring installation setup all the way down to materials being set to deliver and never getting delivered and no call/no shows. Then when material was finally delivered only half was delivered so had to make several calls to get my full order delivered before the installation team got to my house. So unprofessional! Missed so much work because of them at this point they should be paying me back for time/money loss on my end for their many mishaps.
I went to inquire about something in the store and was told there’s only one person in the entire store that would know the answer. Seriously? That is very ineffective and inefficient. I certainly hope the individual is being paid a fortune since he is the only one that is knowledgeable. This person that I needed to speak with wasn’t available. I waited to speak to him (he was on the phone of course since he is the knowledgeable one)and so I finally left after a long wait. A very unfortunate experience and I will not be shop... read more

Its worth the drive to do business at a different lowes location. We have ordered multiple things from this store and have had nothing but issues not to mention the customer service is horrible!
I purchased a new refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered today. I've waited around my house all day and have had my food in coolers all afternoon so it could be a quick switch out. Now the delivery truck broke down and they don't know when my new refrigerator will be delivered. The store manager I spoke to was not very sympathetic to my inconvenience of having to unload food back into my old refrigerator. Can't even cook dinner because everything is in coolers.
