Today we waited and waited for help with countertops. While we waited we picked the color and style and was ready..no show after being paged for 20 more minutes. We left..your loss.
We had a big order to be delivered..... here it is 3 wks later still no delivery.... they called and said they had to wait on new shipment that's fine for better wood.... but never heard anything my dad tried calling them over and over with no luck..... I called tonight come to find out they delivered it to the WRONG ADDRESS ...... needless to say they will be delivering our stuff on Monday we shall see!
If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have! It's sad because I used to love lowe's, but after learning how employees were treated at this particular store I will never step foot nor spend my money there.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at this store, purchased a sump pump on Friday, hooked it up and it didn't work and they tell us they can't take it back because it's been in water! Really how would you know if it will work if you don't put it in water? Terrible customer service! Only reason I even went there is because Menard's and Home Depot were sold out. I will never shop here again!
The professional staff, is eager to help serve and answer any questions. They are knowledgeable to ask enough questions to be able help complete your project, and also offer suggestions to make your project one that you are proud of. Franklin Lowe's is the best in Central Indiana.
Nice store! I like that the employees are not hovering on customers, but they are there if you need help. They are very knowledgeable of the products in the store.
