Do business with these pirates at your own risk. I'm fighting them over an installation charge for a range hood that was never installed. That's the short version. Here's the long version. So what this company does is this. When you return the refrigerator under warranty and you get your return authorization from the manufacturer they tell you they are going to pick it up, but the truck never comes and you don't see your refund. So now I've paid for 2 refrigerators and have one if them in the middle of the dining room. They will not refund you because their truck is no show! And there's nothing that manufacturer can do! We're gonna use the Moorehead Lowes from now on. Customer service at the Maysville Lowes is non existant.
Won't honor craftsman lifetime warranty. Tried to exchange a test light, looks brand new. I wasn't trying to get store credit or cash back, just wanted a working product. Less then $20 I paid cash within the year with, so I didn't get to put my email in like when you use a card. What a waste of time.
RecommendedHorrible customer service. We had bought a 3 piece shower kit and had it loaded on 2 different carts and a few other smaller items totaling roughly $1000. As we were leaving I was stopped and asked did I pay for my items as we headed out and went through a self checkout line. There were no registers open with an employee. I felt humiliated. I do NOT recommend Lowes in Simpsonville that's anyone. Rate as a ZERO
This is for most part the same for all of the stores few employees who know little about Lowes products. I purchased a protection policy did not use was told I would get 30% back of purchase price . I have called and emailed and told it would be emailed to me. That was Saturday and as today, again nothing! Customer service and honesty is a foreign word today.Cynthia Dishman
