Lowe's delivery dates cannot be trusted. It is impossible to schedule different trades, electricians and plumbers, when you never know when cabinets and appliances will arrive. This is not acceptable.
Wanted to buy a microwave, we stood there debating the dimensions, that are not displayed aside from length. Four employees stood there at a desk making small talk the entire 30m we where there. Never did help, must not want a sale. Home Depot is a mile away.
Mgt is nice enough. There is a lady at Customer Service named Tracey who shouldn’t be interacting with the public. I’ve had to deal with her 3 times and each time was terrible.
They are a bunch of sorry asses. Bought a washing machine and payed an extra 15 dollars for them to remove the old one and when they came they couldn't do it cause they didn't want to pick it up over a 3ft tall bathroom sink. Then they left and didn't even leave my new washing machine. Trust me go to the Lowes in salem, way better people and customer service.
Had to get a fridge young lady helped me and quickly and it was delivered the next morning. Couldn't be happier thanks
I have been trying to get a washer and dryer from this store since last month! Between them losing my work order and having to "refund then rebuy" it has been a total disaster and inconvenience for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION
The employees are always helpful. Makes shopping easy. I also like that we can take our dog in with us.
