This is not about Lowe's. I am writing to warn you against purchasing LG appliances. I purchased an LG appliance suite in November 2015. Within 10 months, all appliances except the microwave required some type of repair. The microwave, only because we didn't hang it until this year. We had to redo our cabinets to get it to fit. It broke after less than 10 uses. LG offered to repair the microwave. I am still paying for a set of what are now refurished appliances. That is not okay with me. I just want the manager to know how wonderful Renee and Nancy are!!! They have helped me design a wonderful kitchen! I can't wait for it to be installed. They have treated me like they have known me forever, so kind and friendly and helpful. It's liked working with best friends. They have gone above and beyond in make nag this process fun!!

Oh. My. Goodness. What a HUGE DIFFERENCE from Home Depot. We were in the store less than 5 minutes and were already asked if we wanted some assistance. We found a vanity, faucet, and other necessities, and were out of the store in less time than we'd just wasted waiting at Home Depot. Time includes having your employee Lisa pull the vanity out of the box to inspect damage, which she did practically on her own. Lisa needs a raise! I was very impressed, and appreciative of your service today.
The check out staff had horrible customer service and verry rude
