This place is a complete joke! Management sucks! One problem after another with getting our flooring and blinds. These are the people I dealt with....Pam in flooring, Skylar in flooring, Nick (joke of a Manager), Stacia or Dacia (whatever), Shea in windows/blinds, not ONE of these individuals we’re competent enough to get our jobs completed. Took our business to Mill Creek for flooring. Do not waste your time, money or energy with this group of incompetent losers!
Great place! Love buying here . Come with my dad alot to get various things. We have a New York Style Pizzeria down the road that just opened yesterday. We've gone alot to buy stuff to clean and fix up and they were all very helpful to help us find stuff and with checking out. ! Very organized and helpful. Great Customer Service !! One worker that popped out to me was Amber. She is great! Also Kim in paint is so sweet and helpful. Had and have a great experience. Thank you
You shouldn't take appointments unless you're able to make it to the appointment. Or at least call. While we had an appointment to have a fencing estimate, we never heard anything. A call to the number on the confirmation email resulted in absolutely no further action, or response. @homedepot for me every time!!!
My husband and I bought 30 landscaping stones and not once did anyone offer to help us load them onto a cart. We get up to the cash register and the customer in front of us had 2 carts full of flowers. There were 3 other employees just standing there talking and eating chips. Finally when the customer in front of us was swiping her card one of the other employees finally offered to help us on another lane. Had a good time picking out tile for our shower, we picked 2. Now Darren Odell Has to choose ????! I hope he picks mine
The lumber department is always slow in helping customers if you can find them at all. Half the time the carts needed for plywood cannot be found or are loaded with items that need to be stocked in other departments. Today they failed to honor the Lowe's price match plus 10% discount on regular priced, in stock competitor items and the head cashier was too lazy to walk down and do his job.
Always the BEST got everyone beat. But sue me if I'm partial but 15th and Yale are at the top of their game.
