they overcharged me on posted cabinet prices and when I brought it up at the customer service desk they told me to return the cabinets and put them back on the shelves then rebuy new ones but I couldnt buy the ones that were already on my trailer strapped down. I had a separate pickup order that I waited 2 hours for someone to bring to the loading area...which never happened. my husband had to go get the items himself and clear it with customer service again. while waiting on all that, 2 employees had the time to stop a home... read more
This location made my veteran husband feel like an idiot! He bought a ton of merchandise and asked for his veteran discount and the cashier point blank told him no. 71st hwy 169
Lowe's is a great store! stood in line for about 30 minutes to get in Broken Arrow Store and they didn't have what I wanted so went to other lowes and they aren't making folks line up.
Customer service was Horrible!!! Waited for 25 mins and no one ever showed.
This is a terrible Lowe’s. To me a liar is a thief. Monica in appliances told me she would put comments to have my new washer and dryer to be delivered by noon. I called back Thursday to confirm the lady said there were no notes but she would add so that I could get them before noon. I wait today till almost noon call and they haven’t even loaded them on the truck. The Store mgr is off but the mgr on duty Anthony couldn’t assist at all. Poor poor mgmt.
