Dick in flooring was amazing and helped so much in all the needs we were looking for not only in floor but in Lumber and in doors. He was the only one that we could even find to help us and he was amazing to help us
When the cashier called a guy to help me load 15 batts of insulation, the guy turned to me and said, you know where it is and turned around and walked off. It wouldn't have been bad had I not been wearing my nicer dress clothes.
Went to get a couple items. Realized that they no longer carry small appliances-coffee makers and the like. However did get the other things I needed and noticed that the merchandise is made in USA! Great job!
Sells product they claim to have in stock. Then call to inform you they will have to order it!
Just bought a new tiller from here with the help of Jonell. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
Had an issue with some replacement parts for a faucet. The return desk treated me with respect and dignity. The Assistant Manager on shift made me feel that it was him personally responsible for the mishap. Needless to say when I left after returning them I was very impressed with the way they handled it. They went way, way above and beyond in making it right.
I will never shop at lowes again. :( They delivered our new refrigerator, disconnected the water line causing a leak in the line . Then they reconnected the line and assured me that it was fixed. The next day we find out our basement walls and carpet are all wet. Guess they didnt repair the leak after all. They wont fix the damage calling it a Preexisting Condition. LOWES BLOWES. Buyers beware.
