Most horrible customer service. I will never be shopping at Lowe’s again. I waited two weeks for blinds without any calls - I had to call them for updates. Was quoted vastly different prices, and then told that they cannot cut blinds in-house. Still have no blinds. Was not refunded my money. Contacted their corporate office with no response back. Terrible, terrible service.

Normally we are thrilled with Lowes and the customer service. Over the last 30 days we have gone for several different things and the customer service has been awful. First when loading bark into our truck they hit our tailgate denting the truck and it has been 3 weeks and we are still waiting on their insurance to repair the damage after they had the nerve to confirm how nice our truck was that they damaged. You could begin with your service desk! Rude and short, even going as far as hanging up when I was mid sentence. I don’t know what has happened but I now will shop Home Depot.
Everyone is understaffed and stressed. I get it. But if you're doing Covid-19 curbside, it means you are delivering to people who cannot come inside. So wear a mask! Businesses all over Ogden are doing so. The fact that the gal chucked our merchandise into the back of our car like she was tossing it into a dumpster was an added bonus -- along with her surly attitude, and the 20-minute wait for an order we arrived to pick up three hours after they said it was ready.
I just love the people I work with they showed the best customer service out of every store I have worked at hands down

went there tonight to buy a new fridge and microwave.. walked around in the appliance section for at least 20 minutes looking for someone rang the help buzzer at least five times called up to the front desk told them that we've been back there looking for someone they said they would send someone back there waited another 10 minutes and left worst customer service ever
