Visited the paint desk tonight and apparently my sample was not the correct shape. the girl behind the counter was very rude. you should train your employees on customer service. i will never be back here. I'd rather go to the home depot. guess it's time to cancel my lowes card.
Came to this location trying to get specific appliances ordered that were giving problems about availability at a closer location. The store manager Tony was a little abrasive when he walked up but after spending a little time with us, he quickly became super friendly and very helpful. got everything we were looking for. After he was called off to help somewhere else, Alyssa took over and was extremely sweet and finished off our order. Thank you both for getting us taken care of.
Does anyone work at this store. Went there Thursday the 5th of April. Stood around for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us in the garden counter. The funny thing to is we asked 2 people where the tillers would be. You guessed it. The first answer was where the lights were. The 2 front end clerk told us to ask someone in the that dept. REALLY. We had an appointment today to discuss a small reno project. I have never encountered such rude employees in a Lowe’s store before. Not only was the plumbing employee rude to us but also was caustic to his fellow employee. I think we will look for other alternatives for our reno project.
Thanks Lowe’s for taking such great care of us. Bought a washer and dryer after getting them home we noticed a big dent in the side of the dryer. I called Lowe’s asking my options and they went above and beyond to take care of the problem! Thanks Martin, your customer service was top notch!
