Well, for the second time, lowes did not deliver item. When called and after 7 minutes on hold, girl comes back and says "oh we have that scheduled for NEXT sunday." What a crappy excuse. When we spoke to them on the phone this week, they spoke about this Sunday, to day! This will be the THIRD time. Maybe it will be the charm.:((
I went there to get a deep freezer was told it was on the back wall I'm looking all over for it still couldn't find it then a guy finally helped me but didn't help me put it on the cart. Then after I checked out I was asked if I needed help to load it and I said yes but I waited and waited still nothing so I loaded it myself I'm never going back
I'm angry and getting angrier by the minute.......
I have been on the schedule since 11-25 and STILL WAITING on my fridge to be delivered!! I think corporate needs to check on this store!
I will never shop there again we bought all of our appliance there starting in 2010 we got 4 year warranties and on June 19 my washer broke down I'm still waiting on it to be fixed 5 weeks later there extended warranties suck and so do they it doesn't take 5 weeks and 4 trips by a stupid repair person to fix a washer buyer beware
This place sucks !!! I have had to deal with so much crap with these people just horrible place dont ever shop at this store !!!
