Waited in line to enter - OK. Found the 2 items i wanted and got in line to checkout- OK. 2 checkouts open - 30-40 people in lines. Then...checkout line I was in CLOSED - no warning. So - choice was move with 15-20 others to back of other line or... Yeah - left my items where i stood in line and left. Line outside was now pretty long since nobody was leaving. I still like Lowes, just not the one in Springfield.
Got Dryer from Lowes, when delivered no electric cord or vent. Had to run to get Cord & vent. Loves gave the Wrong Vent.Had to make 2nd Trip Back to Lowes for another Flex Vent. These items were paid for when purchased. Also before we discover all this. We had Paid for delivery & setup & removal for Dryer. I was told by the delivery that they couldn't take the old dryer away. Was told we could leave it in the Living Room or Outside my Front Door. This Service was Also Paid for. No good Experience. Look at my yard. Lowe’s variety over the last few years, really makes the property beautiful.
I don’t know what the problem is but I came into your store 2/9/19 @11:15. I was picking up my snowblower order number367990837 I sat there 35 minutes waiting for someone to bring out my snow blower. I ended up leaving without it. I had to be to work. I had already signed for it. And Had to leave with out my snow blower. This is not acceptable in my book.
