Terrible customer service, under trained staff....bad experiences shopping at this location.
Won't shop at this store or another Lowes again they don't back the products they sell And the products they sell aren't met to last Poor customer service Poor management Poor installers
Went to Lowe's to but a gas grill. The manager was crazy rude,not only to us but other customers. His name was Ron and he yelled at my mentally challenged son. He needs to be fired. Without question.
No customer service in flooring. We had to laid 10 boxes of flooring into our cart then into our truck, did I mention we both are in our 60 s what I shame....
This is heartbreaking Lowes is no longer going to do the Build and Grow program. Please call corporate and express your opinion 1-800-445-6937. Keep pushing 0 to talk to a representative. If we get enough people to call maybe they will bring the program back. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST. COPY AND PASTE thank you. This does not in anyway reflect the Springfield store.
Tried to exchange a small can of Valspar antiquing wax that I mistakingly picked up instead of the step two sealing wax. I didn't have the receipt. They refused to do it. Two days before the lady at the paint mixing station was so rude and miserable. We had a similar experience twice picking out our kitchen cabinets. Rude and less than helpful. I will be using my smaller Handyman Ace Hardware again. Lesson learned for sure.
We are extremely satisfied with our local store here in Springfield, OH. Seems as though only the negative is published. Sure beats the hell out of the the alternatives!
