My husband and I went in to buy a screen door. we played for the estimate and they were out there the same day to measure. they called us on a Friday to come pay for it and we were there within the hour. Fast forward to now nearly 4 weeks later we still have no door or date that it is scheduled to be installed. We are fed up and their customer service is crappy to put it kindly. Bought my husband a new lawnmower, he hasn’t had it 3 weeks and it’s BROKE! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I like Lowes. I got a lot of stuff yesterday for 10% off with the Advantage Card discount this weekend.
Pretty sad when you place an online order to be picked up in store, 4 hours later I still had not received an email alerting me that it was ready. I went and discovered it was "taken to the back", I purchased a truck tool box. While waiting to get it brought up I browsed around and noticed a large puddle of water. I alerted an employee who told me " don't tell me what to do". I spoke with manager who basically gave me same attitude. Not sure if I'll ever shop there again.
I can go into this store 100 times and will be ignored by the staff 99 of those times. If you have a question or need help go to Home Depot across the street.
