Had to wait 45 minutes for an order that was ready for pickup....3 lazy people would not get my edger off of the shelf ,
Needs more staff. You’ll stand all day waiting for someone told help you. When you ask for help, you are made to feel like the biggest inconvenience. Staff knows nothing about the dept they are in and you’re better off just figuring out yourself-which is exactly what they want so they don’t have to actually help you.
Lowe's in Hammond could seriously use some customer service lessons from this store! The day after never will be too soon if I was to ever have to step foot back in that store! Everyone at this store was nice, helpful and professional!!

Today obviously is not a good day. Went in to purchase a carpet cleaner and was told what I had was not the one for 99.00 but they had 3 showing in the system at this location and would send someone back there to get one. Waited 40 minutes and no one came. Went in home improvements to ask someone to check for me and was told only one was left which was display with no attachments. At 1 hour and 30 minutes now with incorrect information. I asked that they sell me what I had for 99.00 and was told no they can't do that. Now on... read more
