We ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s, Gburg Maryland.horrible store and customer service, but purchased anyway. After being asked if “ we wanted it the next day “ the sales person was told they never deliver the next day, so it was scheduled for two weeks. DO NOT ORDER IN STORE PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW POLICY. SOMEONE WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE A TURKEY FRYER WE PAID FOR! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AT THE STORE STATED THAT THEY CHECKED ID. ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT OUR NAME SHE SUPPOSEDLY HAD OUR ORDER NUMBER AND THAT SEEMED EFFICIENT. THE EMAIL CLEARLY STATES THAT FOR OUR PROTECTION ONLY THE CARDHOLDER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PICK UP THE ITEM. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED. WE DONT HAVE A FRYER, WE DONT HAVE $110, AND WE WERE MADE TO FEEL LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT TODAY!!!
I ordered flooring and paid for it 7/25/19. After much delay, they started putting the flooring down on 8/26/19. I have paneling in my den and the installer put down light shoe molding. He didn’t put any caulking around my tubs; plus fingerprints on the floor that don’t want to come up, wood corners not meeting, nails showing through the shoe moulding, etc. I have talked to the store managers several times and they said they would look into it. I purchased a KOBOLT tool, I wanted to return it because I Received a replacement, and it broke two within 10 days. They’re supposed to have a lifetime warranty on. Them. But if They keep breaking I don’t want them at all. I want my money back.
