Waiting over 30 minutes for someone to Help in bathroom vanity dept. They've never shown up..... my typical experience here
After my mother had some flooding in her home in June, she chose Lowe’s for new flooring without thinking of using a competitor. Huge mistake. The order took over a month to be delivered-had she been told this, she would have ordered a different product. While the actual flooring work looks good, the trim looks horrible. She has patiently been calling the store for over a month to have the job completed. We have now resorted to social media in hopes to have the situation resolved. Who needs more than one person working the service/return desk when there's a line out the door? Obviously not this Lowe's.
Employees and managers do not care about customers.
Never purchase your appliances from this store; they cannot follow through on their delivery. My appliances should have been delivered after 4:00 pm yesterday; that never happened. I went to the store this morning and was assured the appliances would be delivered no later than 11:00 am today. I still have no appliances and cannot reach anyone in delivery at the store. This has been beyond frustrating.
World's worst service. Paid for a stove and I am now waiting 3 hours past the promised time not to mentioned being hung up several times on the phone.
My parents were flooded in the Denham Springs area back in August. They purchased all new appliances with Lowe's by Cortana Mall back in September. The reason we purchased from this store is because one the delivery was free and two they would install the appliances. Now they are ready for the appliances to be delivered and installed. Very nice store. Found just what I needed.. The employees were friendly and helpful. I even picked up some things I did not need. When did Lowes start selling televisions? ?
