Sitting here watching someone try to get a hold of a manager to discuss his order. After being put on ignore for 20 mins a person comes on then hangs up on him. He has been trying ever since . Sad service !
Worst experience ever. I purchased a stove on 3-21-2018. Never received a call to inform me that Stove was in. I travelled to store on April 3, 2018 and was told stove was in. Went today to pick stove up with truck was told stove went out for delivery to another house and I would have to wait another 7-10 days to get stove. I have called several times to speak with manager however, you can't get anyone on the phone here. this is my last time purchasing anything from Lowe's
I wish I could give zero stars to this Lowes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was there last week and the ladies at the Customer Service desk were so rude to a customer. He got onto them about how rude they were and I agree with him. After he left they started cursing about him and talking about how they wanted to let him have it. Ordered a dishwasher 7 weeks ago, was told delivery 5-7 days. Been calling to check on periodically. No explanation of the delay other than still problems from the flood with suppliers!! Then the manager on 4/9 said he'd give us a credit to our cc for continuing to wait on it, still no credit once I checked. Went to pickup tonight because we got the call it came in, it took over an hour to get loaded!!!! �
After reading the reviews, you would think people in the store dont care. I understand what everyone like my self has been through but when did it become ok to yell and curse at people. I was in the store and I watched all these customers yell and curse and employees. I work in retail and the damn sense of entitlement that customers have now is crazy. Came in today to buy a 5-gallon bucket of paint. Asked for help in the paint department from a lady and got a "hmm. Don't know what happened to that..." then she walked away. I thought she was going to find the answer and follow up but no, she just...left. Asked another young lady for help and she had the most "I couldn't care less" attitude.
