Lowes is prothetic when comes to there flooring , I was a sub contractor there for 5 to 6 yrs and one yr lowes was have a problem with one of their carpets, what was happening was the backing in the carpet come apart from the nap of the carpet, lowes wouldn't warranty the lady's carpet because their disclaimer is she didn't have her carpet professionally cleaned every 6 months, so they wouldn't replace her carpet which had a major defect in the material now this elder lady has junk in her house, I guess this is what you get ... read more
The store itself is ok, however we were trying to browse the ad for the store, and it won't let us see them online any more. So, we went to Southern States, where I knew there was a sale, I just thought maybe Lowes had more things on sale? Anyway, bad move for Lowes to make their online ad, impossible to view anymore. That's where I decide what store to shop in Morgantown. :(
Need to hire more people to stand around, I needed a sheet of plywood cut, pressed the button and waited 12 mins at the machine, no one ever showed up, not even to tell me that no one was there to operate it! Meanwhile one worker walked past me several times without so much as a hello, let alone a do you need some help? I will drive 25 miles out of my way to give Home Depot my business!
I deal with them more than any other limber co. I love to buy the full lumber. I've got about 40.000. Dol s. Worth so far over the years.
