I went in to your store today to buy a 5x8 utility trailer for going camping what a bummer to get told there was no one that could sale it to me that I had to wait until Monday and this was at 2:30 in the afternoon today Monday is 4 days away. I have never been to a retail store that didn’t want my money. Glad business is so good you can turn it away.

Just leaving this store after driving over an hour to look at a GE double oven. Online it states they have it and where it is on the floor. Once inside the store we could not find it. Stood between two customer service desks obviously looking and although several young employees walked by refusing to acknowledge us no one helped. I rang the bell and it was announced at least 5 times and No one came to help. We want to buy an appliance set but no one to help!
We buy at Lowe's a good bit. At times, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
