Showed up without all the parts that go to the appliances. When driver was told to bring back on the next day that I was off (morning time) we were told the manager made the decision to send it when he wanted. Thats fine if anyone was going to be a the new residence in the afternoon. Pathetic customer service.

So I go in looking for an 18V lithium ion drill for my husband and the guys tells me its not a lithium ion because the lithium ions slid in the one I had snapped in guess what you moron if you were any kind of proffesional as you tried to display yourself you'd know that the old models did snap in my husbands is a '06 model but do to a high demand on changes they are no longer available now they have these 20V ones and they shore where trying to make me buy one its better they said. I went in to buy dishwasher on 6/5/2016. The dishwasher that I want to buy showed one in stock but it was damaged. The sales person did not know how to sell me one since it had to be ordered. He asked me to come back the next day. I returned the next day and purchased dishwasher and installation on June 6. I was called and told me that it was here on Monday, June 13, no one ever called me to set up installation until I called inquiring on June 16 and they could not install until next week.
