Went up there to buy Sheetrock and Sheetrock supplies. We get our supplies and check out. Keep in mind, it's pouring down rain outside and we'd bought about 20 sheets of Sheetrock. I'm loading the materials into my truck and notice that the Sheetrock they're fixing to give us is soaking wet. I bring this up and they tell me that it would take them two hours to dig out dry Sheetrock. Ends up telling me I take the wet stuff, which is ruined, or get nothing. You can guess what I chose. My customer service interaction started with the search of a refrigerator. I was at a different Lowe’s in a different city and that Lowe’s called to Bryant Lowe’s to put a refrigerator on hold so I can get there and purchase it. The guy, Wade, was so rude to the other Lowe’s worker. The worker then told me that Wade said you need to get there right now and he’s not going to hold it long for you. RecommendedDear Lowes, I'm not sure what you pay your people per hour, but you've cost me almost $100 of my time to buy a $250 door. Whatever your pay is, you should give Bubba a raise for keeping me from throwing a melodramatic, estrogen fueled princess yankee fit in the middle of your store! Thank you, Bubba!!!!
After spending about 20 minutes just trying to get someone to answer the phone at the Bryant location, I’m thinking there probably wouldn’t be anyone to help me when I get there. So I’ve decided to take my washing machine purchase elsewhere.
Long time customer. Recently have gone by twice to purchase bagged mulch. Same young man helped me both times by loading bags. First trip he said he liked my Bob the builder character I have on my dash and shook my hand. ( he had work gloves on). Commented on my van and wished me a great day. Second trip this morning. Told him my wife needed some more mulch. Same pleasant interaction.
