The customer service is awful and practically nonexistent. Heather is the worst and they have her at the customer service desk. The appliance people are not any better. I had to speak to the manager Richard but not sure if anything was ever resolved.
Customer service in appliance area was really bad. There were 2 associates working and waited 20 minutes for one of them to decide who was going to wait on us. Went in to buy a washer and was told I had to spend $399 to get free delivery. I said online it said free delivery. He took my phone looked at it walked off and came back and said I had to purchase the washer and dryer in order to get free delivery. We said okay and left out of the store with out the purchase. Excellent customer service always. The store is maintained well, and merchandise is easy to find.
Everything was fine. The only problem I had was finding someone that could help me. I had to hunt one done but when I did she was really nice and took me straight to what I was needing. When I went to self checkout the lady was really nice as well.
Just bought 3 gal of their best paint ($40 per gal.) One would think it would be ready to use. Not so. The paint was FULL of little clumps. We took it back, got new paint. Got home and guess what...still clumps!! We had to STRAIN the paint before putting it on the walls. Word to the wise, if you buy paint at Lowe's make them open it and stir it up some to make sure it has no clumps. All these clumps were in the paint after being shaken at the store.
If I pay for something, it's mine. They talked me into putting $250 down on a wall piece to surround my tub. Ensured me it would be on Sundays truck. Even wrote a note to the receiving people. Then when I went to pick it up they "couldn't find it" and one man said that they only reserve it in good faith. NO, NOT IF I PAID FOR IT!!! Another man admitted they sold it out from under me. We (my husband and I) absolutely love this Lowe's !!! We've never had a problem there. They are so helpful and friendly.....
Lowe's sales person picked out the replacement parts for my grill. The gra+es they sold me were the wrong ones. Now they dont have the right one and can't order them. I paid 100.00 cash but didn't keep the receipt because I bought it last year. Now they will only give me in store credit. So I have to go on lune to try to buy new ones. I need the cash to buy them not in store credit.
