Excellent! Friendly people, no problems
I have been waiting for 3 months to get my garage door installed. I had to wait for 2 weeks for an installer to come out and measure and then another two weeks for him to get that info to Lowe’s before they would even let me purchase the door and I have now been waiting another two months for the door to be delivered and installed. I will definitely not be using Lowe’s in the future for any of my home improvements.
this Lowe's used to be great but now they are more like Home Depot, which is NOT good! This store is so under staffed and the employees they do have are not fully trained making for a poor customer service experience! I spent almost 40 minutes in there yesterday, June 11th 2019, just to get a blind cut...ridiculous!!!!
Got paint for a project and ran out. When I went to get another gallon, they were out of the base paint, and asked about using a different quality paint. I agreed. After painting, there is an obvious difference between the quality of the paint! I went back to Lowe’s and explained what happened to the manager. He agreed to give me another gallon of paint and volunteered to throw in some paint supplies as well. Very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you!!!

We have been doing business with Lowe's since they put in our local store here in Bryant, and still are. We love the selection of high quality products, gardening center, friendly and HELPFUL staff who have steered us in the right direction countless times, the prices, sales and deals, clean store and restrooms, and more. They have PARKING for VET'S only, and that really sums up who they are!
Trying to find someone who can actually answer a question in this place would be like finding a needle in a haystack.
