For nearly 2 months they jerked us around four 50 ft.² of backsplash tile by a vendor of theirs called surfaces southeast. Numerous amount of times as far as coming to customer service and requesting 50 ft.² of freaking tile. Their freaking vendor says that they’re on a container coming from freaking Mars. Overall, the store is good. The superviser in receiving is less than desirable to say it nicely. If you don't like your job, you should probably find another. Very unprofessional.
They sold me display model lawn mower that worked three times and when I called the Lowe's service number they told me to return to store but the store would charge me, or I can try the manufacture which is twenty miles away, never going back
Terrible customer service the the store assistant manager. Unlikely to continue shopping there.
