I had the best experience today at the Garden Center in East Brunswick store #1862. The entire staff was so helpful and pleasant. The sale prices and discounts were great, too. Thanks to the 2 Stephanie's (cashiers), Louie and especially Franklin (the master gardener), your help was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this store's garden section.
No cashiers at the registers at 12pm on a Sunday afternoon. A line at the self service checkout. I object not only to the lack of customer service (Human service) but to the obvious loss of jobs for cashiers.
Ive been waiting 10 weeks for a working oven. You claim you don’t allow your employees to unload trucks with forklifts, but from what I understand management is afraid to enforce the rule
Ther worst customer service. If took 18 months to have a dime size chip in time fixed, after s $30,000 job. RUN!BEWARE! They do not stand behind their work. The worst experience I've ever had.
Was there at 9am today no one working registers only Self check out. Totally annoying scanning a bunch of things. Bring back some customer service at the register. The guys in the back are helpful. I’ll stick to my local hardware store from now on though, sick of self checkout especially when you have a large amount of items.
