Just wanted to say thank you to the Managenment and Staff at Lowe’s. I accidentally dropped my wallet while shopping. A Good Samaritan found it and turned it in! When I realized it, everyone was helpful and returned my wallet to me. Thank you to the Good Samaritan Thank you, Lowe’s!
The delivery and install option is an absolute joke, it’s been 2 weeks and all we get is a “My bad, I was supposed to call you back.” from a manager. I still don’t understand why you would need to contract out a dishwasher install and give a turnaround time of 5 days to 3 weeks for someone to install the thing. This is why people buy everything from Amazon, hassle free delivery and returns.
Will never shop here, and definitely telling anyone I know never to come to this store.
