I had to drop in tonight after work and had my dog with me. You have no idea how nice it is to be able to take him with me. He not only gets the socialization he needs but he also got told (many times) how beautiful he is by both the employees and fellow customers. Add that to the employees helping us find everything we needed. It truly was a fun experience, in spite of me being exhausted from work. I almost didn't stop but I am so glad I did. Thank you Lowes for your pet friendly policy. It is so much appreciated.
Lowes is my "go to" store. I have a lot of good history with them and if something goes wrong they go out of their way to make things right.
I think Lowes has a real problem in advertising and their on line department. If I am in the store and a sign says mulch is 5 for $10.00, that's what I pay. If the on-line price says 5 for $10.00 the real price is $3.33 at check out. During my on-line shopping Fransica pops on my screen to see if I need assistance. I ask her if she can see my screen and she sees the 5 for $10 and tells me to call customer service and they will send me an email for the pricing that is on my screen.
