Don’t buy Kobalt tools with the understanding that they give you a lifetime warranty! When I bought my tape measure it was lifetime warranty, but now when I came to replace it, they tell me the warranty is only good for 90 days. What a scam! Suck you in with the lifetime warranty and then leave you hanging because they don’t want to stand behind their product!
Probably one the worst buying experiences. Purchased a dryer last week to have delivered today, no one showed up. Called the store several times to verify, the delivery option on the phone was never answered. Spoke with customer service they said it is scheduled but no idea when. Called the store again after 5, still no clue but delivers stop at 5pm. Thank you Lowe’s for wasting my Saturday!
I was a little disappointed in their lack of porch light bulbs(non-yellow). I found some LED bulbs that said indoor/outdoor use , but we will see.
