I've spent a ton of money over the years at Lowes and some staff are great. However, yesterday I went to order several windows. I went to the window department and there was no staff to help. I shopped around for 20 minutes and came back, still no staff. I sat down at the widow ordering desk and waited. Several staff walked by and just ignored me. After 30 minutes I decided they did not want my business so I will go order my windows at Home Depot.
real nice store everyone is friendly and offer help, found almost all I needed, I want to say Big Thank You to Mrs Karla from the cabinet's department, she help me find the kitchen I wanted helped every step of the way and make sure all goes right . she is a great person you must visit her if you need a kitchen 🌹🌹🌹

The WORST customer service I have experienced. Bought the product online, drove over an hour to get the product only to be told they sold it and that we can drive EVEN FURTHER out of our way with two kids to get it? With no help just a “oh well sorry” not a way to conduct business ever. Will NEVER shop here again! And recommend to everyone to not shop here if you actually want to purchase products!
Customer service and management were awesome they stand by there product no matter the brand.
place sucks. no help in electrical AGAIN. home depot is where i went. got great help from someone who knew what he was talking anout.
I had a man named Mike In Plumbing go so far out of his way to help me find the perfect tubing for hula hoops it was unbelievable. Best customer service I have experienced in years!
