Yesterday I attempted to order online and pick up my items at the CdA store. No matter how I spelled Coeur d'Alene or switched zip codes, I continued to get an error message, so I called the store. The "operator" didn't know where to direct my call, and after a series of queries transferred me to a manager. I repeated my conundrum to him. I gave him my phone number & have yet to receive a call from anyone at Lowe's. A good manager might have asked, "Do you have your order in front of you? Very disappointed with flooring quote. Paid for an estimate and Lowes is refusing to breakdown the estimate for me. They were paid to come out and measure...they were paid to take the measurements and now they will not release them. When asked if the measurements would be released with the quote they were very assuring that they would be. VERY POOR business if you ask me. Be confident enough in your estimate to break it down for your customers. Lowes will NOT do the flooring and the materials will be bought elsewhere!!
I just spent over 1400 on french doors and the guy who was helping me failed at making sure the door was ordered was white. So now I have to take extra time out of my schedule to have it painted. And what I want is a new door...The correct door at that. This is BS and I will never shop with you guys again. There is a home depot right around the corner.
