Poor customer service at least on Home Decor. Given the run around and no communication when we ordered custom install blinds. In hindsight we should have gone to Home Depot. Do yourself a favor. Skip this store and go to Home Depot.
I love lowes but the delivery today was an awful experience the old bigger guy was so rude i got a wood stove and he was very rude
Unless you know what you need, don't waste your time as none of the many workers on the floor has a clue and they are not going to stop shooting the bull with each other to try and help you. The guy at the pro desk acting like I was really bothering him and interrupting a conversation he was having with another good old boy. He sent me to a kid who knew nothing. We ordered a refrigerator over the phone. When I called to check on the delivery time the delivery department didn't have a record of it, even though I had a receipt that was emailed to us. Chris guaranteed I would have my new refrigerator after he made some inquiries and called me back. It arrived with a couple of scrapes and scratches on it, and covered in fingerprints! My son was assaulted at the Sprague Lowes! Their handling of the situation is atrocious! Do not shop at Lowe's!
Bought a refrigerator from them, with an ice maker we cant use cause a part is missing, also when they delivered it,,,it had a dent an scratch about a foot long, excuse me what, very unhappy. We got took and our advice is """dont go to lowes""
Some great people but understaffed in general with some undertrained or burned out staff. The 'Customer Service' counter seems the most burned out as they routinely ignore customers and the department title. I tried to call and speak with management and the operator never answered. I hung up after 3 minutes of ringing. I then tried the corporate number with the same result... rang for 3 minutes then I hung up and started looking for somewhere else to spend $
