Customer service means nothing to them. Not helpful at all when asked for assistance.
Paul and Steve in the garden center really helped me out. Pointed me in the right direction to find exactly what I was looking for, and helped me to decide which snow blower I needed to get the job done this winter. Thanks guys!
45 mins and Jim from plumbing don't show... Got a better crapper at Home depot
I ordered a new dishwasher and microwave from lowes they came out to install it and they had to put an outlet in for the microwave the installer asked us to turn the breaker off and we did when we flipped the breaker back on our garage door opener wouldn't work and because we flipped the breaker I was told they aren't liable and they won't send anyone to see what is wrong with it - lesson learned never help an installer out when they ask and never shop at Lowes again
Very good service. It was crazy busy because it had snowed. The crew was much nicer than Home Depot. [Yes we price shopped]
8 people in line and 1 check girl. been in line for 10 minutes and still 4th
2 check out lanes open with 10 people waiting. From standing in line could see 8 employees standing in 3 groups bullshiting. After requesting for a manager and letting her know that I just did a � check in. All a sudden the bs stopped a they started scrambling and lanes got open. Also asked prior a employee where locks were located. 2 standing around talking about working the weekend just pointed. Will never go to this shit hole again. Would love to see them close thIs store and let the employees enjoy unemployment. ��������... read more
